Terms of service
1. Scope of services
Good Prompt School provides a growing digital learning library, including courses, lessons, quizzes, and related educational materials.
The agreement is concluded remotely. Paid access starts immediately after successful payment and assignment to the user's account.
During an active access period, the user may use all paid content currently available on the platform.
2. Account and technical requirements
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account.
To use the platform correctly, you need an internet connection, a modern web browser, and an active email address. In addition, the following requirements apply in particular:
- Minimum supported browsers: latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari.
- Required capabilities: JavaScript enabled, cookies enabled, HTTPS support.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are presented in the checkout flow and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. During checkout, Stripe shows the payment methods currently available for the buyer's device, country, and billing currency.
The paid product is a one-time 30-day right to use the paid content library and does not auto-renew.
Content published during the active access period is included in that same active period.
Content published after the access period ends requires a new purchase.
Gift purchases follow the same 30-day access model. Each redeemed gift code extends access by 30 days; redeeming multiple codes stacks additively.
4. Digital content delivery and withdrawal right
The paid product is digital content delivered without a tangible medium.
Before payment, the user must explicitly request immediate delivery and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right after delivery starts.
Once digital delivery starts with properly recorded consents, the withdrawal right under Polish consumer law no longer applies.
For this effect to be valid, all of the following conditions must be met together:
- the user explicitly requests delivery of digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period ends;
- the user acknowledges loss of the withdrawal right once delivery begins;
- the seller confirms the contract and records those consents on a durable medium.
5. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted by email or in writing together with a description of the issue and your order or account details.
Good Prompt School is responsible to consumers for the conformity of digital content or digital services with the contract.
Detailed complaint handling, consumer-rights information, and out-of-court dispute details are available in the Complaints and Withdrawal Information document.
6. Intellectual property and license
All course content and platform materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. Resale, redistribution, and public sharing are prohibited unless explicitly allowed in writing.
7. Amendments and contact
We may update these Terms when required by law, product changes, or operational reasons. The current version is always published on the website.
Current product changes may also be described on the Updates page.
