Complaints and withdrawal information

1. How to submit a complaint or withdrawal

Complaints and withdrawal statements may be sent to: contact@goodpromptschool.com. This is the preferred and fastest support channel.

If you prefer written correspondence, you may also send a letter by post to: ul. Trojaków 4a, 66-132 Trzebiechów, Poland.

Please include at least your name, the email address used for the account or purchase, the order number if you have it, and a description of the issue.

We reply without undue delay using the contact details provided in the submission.

2. Conformity of digital content or digital services

Good Prompt School is responsible to consumers for the conformity of digital content or digital services with the contract.

If the digital content or digital service has not been delivered or is not in conformity with the contract, you may file a complaint and request that it be brought into conformity unless this would be impossible or would require excessive costs.

3. Price reduction or withdrawal for lack of conformity

If we do not bring the digital content or digital service into conformity within a reasonable time and without excessive inconvenience, or if the lack of conformity is material, you may submit a statement requesting a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract as provided by law.

This right follows from the statutory rules on conformity of digital content and digital services and is independent from the ordinary 14-day withdrawal right.

Withdrawal for lack of conformity is not available if the lack of conformity is only minor.

4. When the ordinary 14-day withdrawal right could apply

In the standard Good Prompt School sales model, paid digital content is delivered immediately after purchase once the buyer gives the two required consents. Because of that, in a typical purchase on this website the ordinary 14-day withdrawal right does not usually apply.

That right could matter only exceptionally, for example if delivery never started at all or if the statutory conditions for losing the withdrawal right were not met.

If such an exceptional case occurs, sending a clear statement before the deadline is enough to preserve the term. You may then use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

5. Exception for digital content delivered immediately

Paid access to the Good Prompt School library is digital content supplied without a tangible medium.

In the standard checkout flow on this website, this exception is used because we collect the required consents before purchase and start delivery immediately after payment.

For loss of the withdrawal right to be effective, all of the following conditions must be met together:

• the buyer explicitly requests digital delivery before the 14-day withdrawal period ends;
• the buyer acknowledges loss of the withdrawal right once delivery begins;
• the seller confirms the contract and records those consents on a durable medium.

6. Effects of a valid withdrawal

If withdrawal is valid and the withdrawal right was available, we return received payments without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from receiving the statement, using the same payment method unless we jointly agree otherwise.

For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, there is no obligation to return physical goods.

Loss of the ordinary withdrawal right after delivery starts does not exclude complaint rights or statutory remedies for lack of conformity of digital content or digital services.

7. Out-of-court dispute resolution

You may seek help from a local consumer ombudsman in Poland or the competent Trade Inspection authority.
